Esports

The front office for esports.

Rosters, contracts, identity documents, tournaments and prize money live in one record – and every deadline is computed from it rather than remembered.

System of record

A system of record, not another dashboard.

ManagerOS replaces the master spreadsheets rather than sitting on top of them. Teams, people, contracts, identity documents, tournaments, bootcamps and prize money are records in one database.

The calendar, the deadlines and the daily brief are computed from those records. There is nothing to keep in sync, because there is only one copy.

Every detail your club needs to act today.

ManagerOS brings each person’s history, documents and contract into one view. Plan tournaments with schedules and roster locks, preserve the lineup that played, and track prize money from amount owed to payment received.

See which documents expire, which contracts need attention and which payouts are outstanding. Your next step is clear.

Detail

What it covers.

How it is built.

This system holds salaries, passport numbers and bank details. Three things about its construction matter more than any feature.

Access decided in the database

Row-level security in PostgreSQL is the boundary, not a hidden button. A manager reaches the teams they are assigned to and the people on them.

Bank details encrypted at rest

Encrypted before they reach the database, so a dump or a copied backup does not hand them over in clear text.

A history that cannot be rewritten

Every meaningful change is written to an append-only record — not editable and not deletable, including by an administrator.

CRM Solutions builds software, and esports is one of its directions. It starts from what the market lacks: nothing is purpose-built for the roster, contract and payroll side of a club, so organisations stitch together generic tools and spreadsheets.

ManagerOS already runs the front office of a professional esports club and holds that club’s real records — which is why every screen on this page is filled with demonstration data instead.
